Some pet sitting businesses prefer to create accounts for their clients themselves. This has the advantage of knowing that the account is set up as you want it to be and that all your important information has been completed by your admin, rather than hoping your client will fill in everything they need to.
The alternative is to allow new contacts to "register" online with Pet Sitter Plus and to complete the details afterwards.
How do I add a new client to PSP?
Click the "Add New Client" option from the sub menu.
You must enter a "First Name", "Last Name" and "Diary Ref". The diary ref is generally the pet name or names, but you can enter whatever you like in this field. Note that it will appear in the diary and schedule, and on orders and invoicing.
Click "Create Client".
