Navigation CLIENTS > ORDERS > Click on the Quote you wish to send
When sending any communication from Pet Sitter Plus you have the ability to send an email covering note. This can be typed freehand or it can be based on an email template. Choosing an email template (see screen shot below) will introduce standard text into your email which you can then change. To learn how to create and amend email templates click here.
How do I Email a Quote to a Single Client?
Click "Email Quote" from the sub menu on the left.
Check that the due date is correct for when the quote would be due for payment.
You may have already set your system to automatically display the Quote template. If not, simply select it from the drop down. You can add to or edit it to suit your message to your client.
Click "Email Quote".
