Navigation CLIENTS > Click Settings from the sub menu
If it is not possible to Delete a Client, then you can make them Inactive. This will help tidy up your view, and ensure that your admin staff don't access or schedule work to an Inactive client's record by mistake.
How do I make a client inactive?
From the client record, click the "Settings" option from the sub menu.
Uncheck the box for "Active" and click "Update"
Your client will no longer be visible in the normal Clients list.
Clients who are inactive can still be found by checking the "Include inactive clients view in the client search. See Finding an Inactive Client for more information.
