Navigation CLIENTS > ORDERS
Unlike many of the functions in Pet Sitter Plus, you would not "delete" a quote in the same way as you might a "job" or an "order".
The reason for this is that a "quote" represents the status of a service order and is purely a vehicle to inform a client of how much their services will cost, prior to you invoicing the client for the services that they have received.
How do I Delete a Quote?
Here is an explanation of how this typically might work:
A client requests some jobs from their client portal.
You view the request and decide that you can carry out the services - so you schedule the jobs. A service order is generated by PSP.
You create a service order for a client for jobs that they have asked you to undertake.
Either way, at this stage the order is automatically set at "quote" status.
You now have 2 options - you either convert the quote into an invoice, or if you decide you can no longer offer the services to the client, you need to delete the jobs and then the order.
Whichever action you take, your quote will no longer exist, so in effect it is "deleted".
