How do I View All Receipts on a Client's Account?
This screen usually displays by default when you click on the RECEIPTS tab in a client record. If not, click on "All Receipts" from the sub menu on the left.
A complete list of all receipts on the client's account will be displayed.
Click on the page number to view more receipts. The current page is shaded blue.
Click on the date or description of the receipt to view the payment details. From there you can edit the payment amount or edit the allocations.
