The option to "schedule" a job request will move the selected jobs onto a service order, which means that the services will now appear on your live schedule and will be invoiced at the time you normally raise your invoices.
Jobs on a job request are not usually scheduled until after you have completed your approval process to ensure that you can provide the services your clients have requested.
After a job is scheduled, a "Job Scheduled Email Notification" is sent to your client, and copied to your admin email.
How do I Schedule a Job Request?
Navigate to your CLIENT and click on the JOB REQUESTS tab
Check the box in the column heading to “select all” or check items individually.
Click “Schedule Jobs”.
Either choose an existing service order, and the requested jobs will be added to that service order and be added to the schedule, or
Choose “new order” if you want to create a new service order.
Type in the name for your “new order”.
Click "Schedule Jobs".
A copy of the confirmation email is shown below, as it might appear in Outlook or a similar mail program.
