Pet Sitter Plus has a very flexible invoicing module that enables you to send invoices to your clients using a variety of methods, for example:
Weekly in advance
Weekly in arrears
Monthly in advance
Monthly in arrears
Invoicing ad-hoc service periods for vacation work either in advance or arrears.
You can use Pet Sitter Plus to help standardize your invoicing routine. For example, you could invoice all your walking clients monthly in arrears and use the bulk invoicing facility to send out all your walking invoices together in seconds with a single click.
However, you can also implement all methods together in your system, if required.
The method to do this is by using Pet Sitter Plus' emailing function to:
Email an invoice to an individual client from the client record, or
Send invoices in bulk to several clients.
