Navigation CLIENTS > CLIENT DETAILS > click Settings from the sub menu
Within Pet Sitter Plus, you can give your clients the option to pay you using their debit or credit card when they log into the Client Portal. They can also pay via ACH (US only) or via PayPal, which we can set up once you email us at to ask us to switch this on. Click here to read more information on Payment Credentials.
How do I set the client's Payment Credentials?
Click on the dropdown option and select the correct payment method for this client.
If you are not sure, you should leave this setting at "Stripe" or contact us for help.
Click "Update" to save your changes.
Note: If the Payment Credentials you require is not available, you can set up a new one in ADMIN > SUPPORTING DATA > PAYMENT CREDENTIALS but we ask that you contact us at before you do this to ensure that we support this method of payment.
