Navigation CLIENTS > SCHEDULE
Pet Sitter Plus has a powerful online service scheduling feature that enables you to view all scheduled services on an individual client basis and make several changes all in one place, where you can:
View historical scheduled services that have already taken place, or services scheduled in the future that you can still edit or cancel.
Adjust the date ranges that you want to view services from and to.
Filter the schedule by the job status of services you wish to view, for example, jobs that were cancelled or voided.
Filter the schedule by the item group your services belong to, for example, all "walking" or "visits" services.
Make bulk adjustments to services from the schedule.
Add new jobs into the schedule, either to an existing order or to a new order.
The Client Schedule allows you to focus on all the orders for an individual client in one place, and make adjustments to the client's services.
What do the Columns mean in the Client Schedule?
Shows the abbreviation for the day on which the job was or is scheduled
Shows the date on which the job was or is scheduled
Shows the time the job is or was scheduled for, if you have selected "Yes" to the "Show Time" field when you scheduled the job. If you have selected "No" to the "Show Time" field, then the diary period for which the job is scheduled will be displayed in this column. See Diary Periods for more information.
Will be checked if the job has been acknowledged
Will be checked if the job has been completed
The long description of the service item scheduled
Shows the diary ref of the staff member to whom the job has been assigned. This could be the full name of the staff member or a first name or nickname.
The key status is shown as follows:
a black key is shown if the diary entry is in the past
a red key is shown if you have a key registered for the client, but it has not been assigned to the staff member who is scheduled to carry out the job - indicating that they do not have the key required to do the job
a green key is shown if you have a key registered for the client and it has been assigned to the staff member who is scheduled to carryout the job - indicating that they DO have the key required to do the job.
Shows the quantity of this service item scheduled to be charged to the client. This will often be 1 (for example, a dog walk) but if, for example, you charge your clients mileage then it would be the number of miles travelled to carry out the job.
Gross / Net Unit
Shows your charge to the client per unit (inc Tax).
Gross / Net Charge
Shows the total charge to the client for this job; ie: the unit charge multiplied by Qty (the quantity, or number of units).
Shows the total compensation to be paid to the staff member to whom the job has been assigned.
If you entered text in the "Invoice Notes" field when you scheduled a job, then this will be shown in the Client Notice column.
If you entered text in the "Staff Notes" field when you scheduled a job, then this will be shown in the Staff Notice column.
If an invoice has been raised for a job listed on the schedule, then the invoice number will be displayed in this column. If the job has yet to be invoiced, then "Quote" will appear in this column to indicate that the job is still at the quotation stage.
