Navigation CLIENTS > REPEAT SERVICES
You may want to make a repeat service inactive if you want to temporarily suspend it. If, for example, a client used to have their dog walked regularly on Monday and Friday lunchtime, but now has the dog walked at lunchtime every weekday, you may want to make the first repeat service inactive and create a new one for all weekday lunchtimes. Then, if the client reverts to having their dog walked only on a Monday and Friday, you can change the repeat service for this back to active, and change the weekday walking repeat service to inactive to avoid scheduling these services in error.
How do I Make a Repeat Service Inactive?
When you click on REPEAT SERVICES tab, the screen will default to the first repeat service that appears in the "Active" panel on the left. Click the repeat service you wish to make "inactive" if it is not the first one.
Uncheck the box for "Active". This means it will no longer be "active" but "inactive".
The inactive service will then appear in the list in the "Inactive" panel under the sub menu on the left of the REPEAT SERVICES tab.
