Navigate to CLIENTS > CLIENT DETAILS > SITTERS
When “Hide teams, show backup sitters” is checked, the TEAMS field is hidden from the client record and a new SITTERS tab appears.
The SITTERS tab enables you to associate as many sitters as you like to each client record so that additional access rights may (optionally) be granted to those associated sitters.
When you scheduling services to the client's order:
Staff assigned to the “SITTERS” tab appear under the “Team” heading in the "Staff" drop down list. This makes it easier to select an approved sitter for scheduling.
The majority of pet sitting businesses will work very effectively using SITTERS Mode. However, for some larger businesses who cover a large geographical area with large numbers of staff, you might find that TEAMS Mode will work better for you.
